This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee" or "End User") and Celestial Legacy Sales LLC (the "Licensor") for the use of the WodLogic mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Subject to the terms of this EULA and upon payment of the applicable one-time purchase price ($0.99 USD), Celestial Legacy Sales LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

The App, including all code, design, graphics, user interface, icons, images, and all related intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Celestial Legacy Sales LLC. This EULA does not convey to you any interest in or to the App, but only a limited right of use that is revocable in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Celestial Legacy Sales LLC.
You acknowledge and agree to the following regarding Apple's role in relation to the App:
Celestial Legacy Sales LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

Celestial Legacy Sales LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELESTIAL LEGACY SALES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WodLogic is a fitness calculation utility. The App's outputs — including barbell load calculations, 1RM percentages, and timer functions — are intended as training aids only and do not constitute medical advice or certified fitness programming.
You assume all risk for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CELESTIAL LEGACY SALES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed $0.99 (the purchase price of the App).
Celestial Legacy Sales LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to the App or your possession and use of the App.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Celestial Legacy Sales LLC if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession.
Celestial Legacy Sales LLC may also terminate this EULA if the App is removed from the Apple App Store, in which case you may continue to use any version of the App already downloaded.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Georgia. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Celestial Legacy Sales LLC with respect to the App, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the subject matter. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
