This Privacy Policy describes how Celestial Legacy Sales LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the WodLogic mobile application ("App") and the WodLogic website (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

WodLogic is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address, phone number)
• Account credentials or login information
• Health or fitness data transmitted to our servers
• Location data of any kind
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral tracking data
• Payment information (purchases are handled entirely by Apple)

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

WodLogic stores the following data only on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Your saved 1-rep max (1RM) values for each exercise
• Your preferred unit setting (lbs or kg)
• Your selected barbell weight preference (45 lb or 35 lb)
• Workout timer settings (rounds, rest duration)

This data is removed when you uninstall the app. We have no ability to access, view, or recover it.

4. Apple App Store & Purchases

WodLogic is distributed through the Apple App Store. The one-time purchase of $0.99 is processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card details or financial information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs all transactions made through the App Store.

5. Third-Party Services

WodLogic does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or data brokers. The App does not contain any third-party tracking code.

Our website may use standard web technologies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our website.

6. Children's Privacy

WodLogic is a general fitness utility app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal information from any users, no special provisions are required. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

7. Data Security

Because WodLogic does not collect or transmit any personal data to external servers, the risk of a data breach involving your information is effectively zero on our end. All data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) managed by Apple's iOS security framework.

8. Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. If you wish to remove all data associated with WodLogic, simply uninstalling the app from your device will erase all locally stored preferences and records.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
