By downloading, installing, or using the WodLogic mobile application ("App") or visiting the WodLogic website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Celestial Legacy Sales LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

WodLogic is a fitness utility application for iOS that provides the following tools:
The App is intended as a training aid and convenience tool only. It is not a medical device, health application, or certified training program.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Celestial Legacy Sales LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

WodLogic is available for a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD through the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.
The one-time purchase grants you a perpetual license to use the App on devices associated with your Apple ID, including access to future updates released under the same App.
Important: WodLogic is a calculation tool only. The information and outputs provided by the App are for general fitness planning purposes and do not constitute medical advice, professional fitness coaching, or certified training guidance.
Before beginning any new exercise program or increasing training intensity, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional. The Company is not responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of information provided by the App.

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all calculations within the App, the Company makes no warranty that the outputs are error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. Plate loading results, percentage calculations, and timer functions are provided as general aids. Always verify calculations independently when safety is a concern.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and all content, is the exclusive property of Celestial Legacy Sales LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The WodLogic name, logo, and app icon are proprietary to Celestial Legacy Sales LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Celestial Legacy Sales LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or Site.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App ($0.99).
The App and Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
